Shipping Methods

We currently offer ePacket, EMS, and DHL shipping. 
Your order page should be updated with tracking information once your package has shipped. It may take a day or two after shipping for your number to become active. For DHL, you will receive tracking 2-3 days after shipment. This is because we first receive a temporary tracking number as the package travels to Hong Kong. This number is not functional. Once the package reaches Hong Kong, DHL will send a functional tracking number to your mobile phone. We will also update your order page at this time. If this does not happen, you can contact us for the number. 


We currently do allow returns and exchanges; however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, the package must have tracking, and the buyer will not be compensated if the package is lost in transit. For these reasons, we recommend asking for insole measurements at the QC stage if you are unsure of fit, to avoid having to return the shoes. 


We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within five business days, we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us hto ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.

Customs, Duties, and Seizures

The buyer is fully responsible for any duties that are charged by customs. In case of seizures, we may decide to re-ship the product(s), but this is decided on a case-by-case basis and is usually a one-time courtesy. We will however re-ship in the event your package is lost before reaching customs in your country.

Tracking Your Order Online

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order. Your website order page will also be updated with the tracking number for your package.

Note that it may take up to three business days for your information to be posted on the carrier's website.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as: 

1. Delays due to weather
2. Delivery is outside major city
3. Delays due to courier error
4. Delays to the unavailability of product(s)
5. Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
6. Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday
7. Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
